Orders
a) All orders must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to do so will cause cancellation of order and products will be restored.
b) It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete receiver details (full name, address and telephone number).
c) If in case any issue arises due to incomplete information, we can't be held responsible. Parcels returned to due to this reason will be posted out with correct information only after customer pays for the second shipping fee.
d) Once posted out, it's the customer's duty to check the whereabouts and to collect the parcel from the courier company. MK 26 Collections cannot be held liable for any orders once posted out.
e) Parcel opening video is compulsory. No complaints accepted without video.
f) Before shipping out, we will send picture together with tracking details. Any damage incurred while shipment, we can't be held responsible as we will pack the items securely.
g) If there's any issue with the items received, report to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
h) There might be slight difference in colours due to resolution differences.
i) Return of items due to change of mind, colour difference due to resolution, shipping damage are not accepted.
